{Back to Reality}

Yesterday was my first "official" day back to work.  I've been doing rounds in the morning here and there at the hospital, but yesterday was my first whole day away from home.  It was hard to leave my new baby and even harder to fit into my black pencil skirt.  I've been wearing yoga pants and t-shirts for weeks now.
It's always weird adjusting to work life verses home life.  At work I have an office, a secretary, a medical assistant and a schedule.  At home I have laundry, spit up and diversionary activities while I breast feed.

But...look how happy they!
