{Whidbey Island day 1}

We had our family reunion on Whidbey Island this year.  It brought back memories from growing up on Vashon Island.  The kids loved taking the ferry to and from the Island.

This is a picture from the backyard of the house we were staying in.

This is one of many attempts at a family picture. 

Our kids loved playing in the ocean. We found a beach with sand and spent the afternoon playing in the sand and water.  Most of the beaches in the pacific northwest are rocky so it was pretty cool.
