So, I know this isn't an "Andy" quality picture but I was just too excited. I made this vegetarian pie from my new cookbook. It's sort of like a silly pancake/popover with broiled vegetables and feta cheese. Tovey's has school until late tonight, so it's just me and fork!
can you please come cook for me? I think our roles are reversing. I eat tortilla chips and salsa and boiled sweet potatoes like every night. poor unfortunate souls!!!!

That looks so good. You say the crust is like silly's? Does it have sugar in it? You should send it to Andy to post the recipe.
