We had a great Halloween this year. Thanks to Pinterest Tovey and I dressed up as bandits. I figured it would be the cheapest and easiest way to go. Tovey actually turned out looking a little too shady. At the ward trunk-r-treat people were actually shunning away from him. His a big guy, I get it. A lot of people commented how odd it was for the bandit to be carrying around Batman (who's protecting who). The weird thing about Halloween is that it feels like the holiday repeats itself. We had the ward party, the school party (preschool and kindergarten) then finally Halloween night. The kids had fun though. I love Halloween, mostly the decorations. I'm partial to orange, black and white.
This was our only family shot. It didn't turn out that great but at least we're all in it.
My cute little Sam enjoying his first Halloween.
This is a random picture of Coop looking a little weird. I just loved the fall leaves on this street (visiting teaching Lori Shield).
This was the first house of the night. We ended up trick-r-treating with Skyler and Araya and Shannon's brother and sister-in-law's kids. We thought it would be fun to go out as a family since we have then in town now (or at least 45 minutes away). The houses were huge and really hilly (is that a word). The kids kept tripping on the steep driveways. I think next year we'll try a different neighborhood. We still had fun though.
I just love how serious Cooper looks. Cooper is really into Batman and Tovey is really into encouraging Cooper to play with "boy" things.
